Unveiled Fitness Barre

Unveiled Fitness wants you to join us at the Barre! We offer a tranquil yet invigorating environment with soft low lights,  our Barre classes are an effective way to tone the entire body, balance flexibility and core strength. Each class begins with a basic warm-up, followed by strength building exercises to tone the legs, butt, and core.  Light Weights are introduced to further challenge you and incorporate upper body toning exercises. The Barre is used for stability and assistance for proper alignment.

What Do I Wear?

Form Fitted Clothing such as yoga pants, yoga Shorts, capris, or leggings.   You will be bare foot.

Can Anyone Take Barre?

Yes, Barre is a safe effective workout and you do not need any previous dance or fitness experience. Classes are limited to 10 people, and the instructor an easily modify to advance or lighten your workout.

How effective is a Barre Workout?

Barre is a perfect compliment to your current workout routine. If Barre is your only choice of fitness we recommend at least 3 classes per week.  Resulting in a lifted butt, toned legs, flattened stomach, and longer leaner muscles
Definition of Barre:
barre is a stationary handrail that is used during ballet  exercises. The term also refers to the exercises that are performed at the barre, as well as that part of a ballet class that incorporates barre exercises.
